Hiatus….

Part 2 is over! I took another little break at the end of the summer for a move and targeting the fall programming.

I’m eager for cooler weather. I’m ready for leaves to change colors. I’m ready for indoor training. (Yes I want to give you a hiatus from the summer event schedules and training.

Last year we jumped on a new concept that is an updated version of our Fall and Winter series. The idea was remote and virtual. Post covid fatigue from Zwift and Peloton was real. I feel we are now ready for an indoor training concept. This new idea from Velocity is pretty cool. What’s better than cool? It’s a great indoor training resource. You’re not thinking of 2024 but we already are!

I’m also looking forward to immersing myself in the Riverwalk community. All the cycling disciplines. I was on the advisory board over 15 years ago, with other influential cyclists in Charlotte/Rock Hill, SC, on how to build the velodrome energy and develop the cycling community. Full circle… It’s now my neighborhood.

There’s a deeper connection to this change. One which I will be happy to share in a future post. For now, I’m looking forward to:

1) Starting up November 2023: Winter Series Training Series. This will feature our virtual classes.

2) One day clinics featuring all the great resources surrounding my community.

3) Back to blogging more ;)

4)Ride more!

5) Smile waaaay more!

Tailwinds,

Chad
