Most athletes feel that they have the means to govern their own
training but when it comes to on bike specificity they become lost or
confused. Training rides are a great way to work the kinks out of a
bike fit, maximize intervals and work on basic and advanced skills. A
lot can be learned from simple position adjustments, cornering
techniques and aero positioning while actively riding on the road. The
ride will be 1.5 hours in length and details about your riding
technique will be discussed
