The Program will include the following all in a 45 minute ROCKIN SESSION! The first 15 minutes of each session is instructional and then we GET TO IT!

Your program will consist of multiple changes of pace and intensity while Premier Coaches/Trainers Tony George and Chad Andrews send you through a RAPID FIRE workout.
Each session has 8 athletes
4 will start with aerobic (fat burning)
4 will start with Strength/Conditioning
Then after 5 minutes we Rapid Fire and SWITCH! This continues for the full 45 minute session!!!
