Indoor Training Series
The TotalCyclist Indoor Training Series ™ offers local cyclist the opportunity to effectively train indoors under the direction of a US Cycling Coach or a US Triathlon Coach.
Each TotalCyclist Indoor Training Series™ lasts for six (6) weeks and meets twice each week. This schedule provides participants with twelve sessions that are designed to progressively improve fitness, skills and endurance.
Participants can also chose a series package that includes VO2 Max/Submax & Power Testing before and after the series. By testing before and after the series, participants can measure their improvement with quantitative data. Buy Now
Per4mance Assessments™
At the beginning and end of each series, all participants will undergo a Per4mance Assessment™. This assessment indicates the following: Spin Scan, Power Wattage, Estimate of Lactate Threshold, Power to Weight, Average Heart Rate, and Cadence. One-on-One Consultation
Regardless of your ability as a cyclist, there will be times when you need your training plan fine tuned. Personal Training Ride & Analysis
Most athletes feel that they have the means to govern their own training but when it comes to on bike specificity they become lost or confused. Training rides are a great way to work the kinks out of a bike fit, maximize intervals and work on basic and advanced skills. A lot can be learned from simple position adjustments, cornering techniques and aero positioning while actively riding on the road.
