Fall/Winter Training Series part 2, our most popular progarm, is now open for registration.
We know you aren't thinking about 2010 but WE are! Take your break at
the end of October and then Join US for the most popular cycling
program in the Country
We are now rolling into our 6th year of the Winter Training Series. It
has often been imitated but never duplicated! The series is designed to
periodize your training whether you are a beginner cyclist or a seasoned Professional.
The Training series last for 6 weeks for the first series and 8 weeks
for the second series. The first series is designed to provide you with
the perfect balance of fitness, improved bio-mechanics, pacing,
interval based training all under the advisement of a USA Cycling Coach
from the Premier Coaching business, TotalCyclist. It is high energy,
pumping music and a ton of fun (plus we get you fast!).
The Training Series uses state of the art computrainers
, in a group session.We have developed an amazing training program that
willl yield incredible results as you go into the next cycling season.
Over the years we have, on average, improved power (what it takes to
pedal the bike forward) by 18% for our athletes. Those are numbers that
are hard to ignore!
You simply sign up for what NIGHT you want, bring your bike as if you
were to go on a ride. We do the rest (except pedal for you)
We started this amazing program 6 years ago..and it gets better and better!

Schedule (subject to small changes)
Week 1: Identify cycling limiters
Week 2: Harder intervals for climbing (v02 intervals)
Week 3: Hit that Holiday Fat and work on some Time Trialing
Week 4: Racermate Real Course Video. You will literally be riding on a 3d course with others. Amazing!
Week 5: Trust us, you will be tired and fully educated after THIS session.
Week 6: Winter Training Series 2 smack down!
Week 7: We bring the Total Package and then some.
Week 8: Believe you and me it's time to show what you got
