Tis the season....

We find the inundating nature of the Holiday Season. It's a bit stressful. Good eating habits take a plunge, training wanes. 

The best remedy to all this is...TRY. Get on your bike and do a easy ride. Go for quick jog or run. It really will make Santa happy to know that you are taking care of yourself. Reward yourself with that piece of pie. 

Holidays are stresful. Reduces stress by being active as much as possible!
