Fall Endurance is FUN for TC Athletes!

TC athletes are putting the miles in this fall on mountain, road and gravel! Here some of our endurance efforts:

Melissa Mcdonal placed third overall in the Bridge to Bridge Epic Century last weekend. With a time of 6:01, this third place was for the open category though Melissa is a 50+ racer. Way to go!

Jim Heckman placed 8th of 22 in the Open Men's category in the 6 Hours of Tanglewood. Nice job!

Also on the mountain (and cross) bike, our very own Chris Wieczorek, Sherry George and Scott George braved and completed the Pisgah Monster Cross race, which is 70 miles of hellish climbs on road and gravel. Way to endure!

Finally, a shout out is certainly in order to MTB team member Elsa Lee as she recently finished her first 100 mile mountain bike race. Elsa did the hundie at the Fools Gold in GA, and she liked it so well that she plans to continue her endurance endeavors. Awesome accomplishment, Elsa!

It is good decision to join fitness centers and australianessays.org liked some new fitness studios. People meet with health instructors who can guide them about exercise that can be good for their health. And people can get good health after regular exercise.
