Lisa Arnold

Sports Scientist | Running Coach 

Lisa has been a lifelong runner. Growing up as a competitive tennis player, she ran for cross-training. She continued to run, swim, and bike throughout college and while raising her family. Lisa has competed in all distances from 5K’s through Ultramarathons. Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. She worked at the medical school in the Dept. of Orthopedics’ Biomechics/Biomaterials research lab, where she performed gait analysis studies for running shoes manufactures and focused her research on hips and knees. While there, she taught the Orthopedic interns and residents biomechanics. Lisa has spent many years around cycling races and triathlons. She has coached Total Cyclist Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer training classes and worked with many cyclists and triathletes to improve their running and their cycling for their respective sport. Lisa has a passion to teach and help others become better and reach their goals. Her sports science background, vast practical experience and knowledge, and love of running and cycling has extended to coaching others. Lisa is a RRCA Certified Coach, USATF Certified Coach, NFHS Certified Coach, and a REVO2LUTION RUNNING TM Certified Trainer (formerly Run-Fit Certified).
